Grandfather's Umbrella

 

In the evening, Ramu brother sat at school and looked outside. It was raining! Oh, we don't have any umbrella, so he came when it was raining lightly. When he was halfway, a big downpour had come. Ramu brother went home getting wet because he didn't have an umbrella. Dad looked at Ramu and said, "Come, we will go to the store and I will buy you an umbrella." Immediately, Ramu brother was happy. What kids, if dad or mom bought us something we liked, we would be happy. Now Ramu and his father went to the store. Dad bought a big black umbrella for Ramu brother. His friends who studied with Ramu also came to that store. They teased Ramu by calling him a grandfather's umbrella after seeing the umbrella that his father had bought him. The umbrella that Ramu's friends bought had beautiful toys and pictures of Chhota Bheem and Dora. But Ramu's umbrella didn't have them. Ramu returned home worriedly. The next day, Ramu came to school as usual. It rained in the evening. Ramu's friends were happy to show the pictures in his umbrella to other friends. They teased Ramu again by calling him a grandfather's umbrella after seeing the umbrella. Ramu felt bad. While his friends were teasing him like this, a big wind blew. At that time, all the umbrellas that Ramu's friends were holding broke. But the umbrella held by our brother Ramu remained intact. All the friends who teased Ramu said, "Hey Ramu we are sorry, we are getting wet in the rain, can we come to your umbrella?” and joined him in the umbrella. That's when Ramu thought, our father has bought us a good umbrella, and he went home happily.

 

What kids. This is how everything that Jesus does in our lives, he does for good. That's right, kids. Just as the friends who teased Ramu understood it, you too should understand Jesus. The God who turns evil into good will definitely fulfill your needs.
