The Son Who Realized His Father's Love
"...in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old" - Isaiah 63:9
Hello little ones! The rainy season is over, and the summer season has come. The sun is already scorching. That's why you should drink plenty of water, and don't get sunburned. O.k.
Come on little ones! You must have seen the houses, the apartment houses, and the multi-story houses. Have you seen the mud houses and the roofs? A little brother named Dinesh lived happily in a thatched house with his father, mother, grandfather, and grandmother. One day, Dinesh's father brought workers to replace the roof of the house and was working along with them. His grandfather was watching this. While it was a joy to see his son working with the workers, it was also difficult for him to stand in the scorching sun. Then he called his son and said drink some buttermilk and go to work. The son did not listen. The father, who could not bear to see his son stand in the scorching sun any longer, told him to come down for a while, take a rest, and then work. But the son was busy working, thinking that he should finish it by today. The father did something to get his son down. He took his grandson who was standing in the shade and stood him in the sun. The boy, unable to bear the heat, started crying. Seeing this, the son quickly came down, picked up his son, and entered the house. He looked at his father angrily and scolded him, saying, "Why did you do this?" "Don't you have any mercy?" The father immediately said, "You are so impatient that you cannot bear to see your son suffering, and I will feel the same way when I see you suffering in the sun." I did this to express the mentality of a father. Otherwise, he said, would any grandfather want his grandson to suffer? The son also understood the father's love.
Brother and sister! Similarly, Jesus wants to remove the sufferings and hardships we face in this world and give us rest. He himself carries all our hardships, worries, and burdens. He is so loving towards us. What are you going to do for that loving Jesus?
