Pastor Paulose, who was called the apostle of South India, went to Kuwait by ship for evangelism. However, his heart was beating for his people who were not saved in his own country. He thought that he could tell salvation by showing that Jesus is life through a movie. Since he did not have money to buy a projector, he sold his blood and bought a slide projector. He worked hard in ministry regardless of his weakness. He often said that the ministry could not be done without a price.

 

In Antioch and Iconium, the Jews came and stoned Paul so that he would not preach the gospel, and they thought he was dead, and they dragged him out of the city. But regardless of the wound and blood, he went back to the city and preached the gospel. We cannot get anything in this world without a price. Even if we get something for free, someone else will definitely pay a price for it. Although salvation is free, the Lord Jesus has given us salvation by paying his own blood as a price. We read in the Bible that through him he was pleased to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood shed on the cross. (Col. 1:20)

 

Yes, beloved! We are obligated to tell the truth of the Lord to all people as much as we can. "Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth." (1 Tim. 2:4) Therefore, let us dedicate ourselves wholeheartedly to doing the will of the Lord. We too are obligated to pay the price of our time, money, possessions, labour, etc. to gain souls. "The saying is faithful and deserving of all acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners;.." (1 Timothy 1:15)
