Truthful in Few things.

 

"...thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things..." - Matthew 25:21

 

A brother I know did not complete his college education, but he knew a trade. This trade was a means of improving his life and earning an income. Later, he worked as a labourer in a company in Chennai. He got promoted in a few years. Although the people he worked with were educated, the reason he got promoted in a few years, who did not study much, was because of his truth! His M.D. decided to appoint this brother as a Site engineer in a new Project because of his honesty in his work and his work without any mistakes. If you look at the life of this brother, he did not study engineering or complete his degree, but his hands were clean, his work was honest, and his hard work took his quality of life to the next level.

 

We know a young man named Joseph in the Old Testament who was faithful to his master. Joseph was taken to Egypt as a slave. But the Lord was with Joseph, and he became a successful man. He was in the house of his Egyptian master. When his master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord made everything, he did prosper, he made him overseer of all that he had.

 

Beloved! Whether your family is small or large, small business, big business, or household work, let us become honest and hardworking in the work we see. The brother mentioned above is still a blessing to many today. The reason is his faith in God and his truth. If you are faithful to the place and responsibility God has given you, one day God will surely make you an officer. A faithful man will receive perfect blessings. Hallelujah!
