The Savior

 

“And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins” - Matt. 1:21

 

We celebrate Christmas with joy because our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was born. Why did Jesus come to this world?

 

"He came to save His people from their sins. There are more people who die of sin than people who die of disease. If they get sick, they can be saved by taking medicine. There is no cure for the disease of sin. But there is only one doctor who can save us from sin. And that doctor is the Lord Jesus Christ.

 

So is sin really that bad? Yes! The Bible says, "The wages of sin is death." No matter what work you do, you will get paid. But the wages of those who engage in sin is death. "The soul who sins will die" (Ezek. 18:20). Sometimes sin itself brings sickness to the body. Sin itself brings curses to people. Curses destroy and annihilate families. To put it another way, it distances us from the God who blesses and protects us. It prevents us from receiving the mercy of Jesus Christ. Isa. 59:2 says “…your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear."

 

Whoever you are who reads this message, whether you know Jesus or not, the atrocity of sin is very bad. That is why 2000 years ago, he appeared on this earth in human form with the name "Jesus Christ". The purpose of his appearance in human form was to save everyone he created from all the destruction caused by sin! Jesus came to this world to deliver us from sin.

 

Dear beloved ones, since we have accepted Jesus, let us go to those who do not know Him and tell them, “Jesus came to save us from sin. Sin is dangerous. Only Jesus can deliver us.

 

Let us celebrate Christmas with joy by saying that sin is the worst. This is the true Christmas.
