The young people, who committed their lives for mission, are helped to learn the biblical truth systematically and to guard themselves against the unwanted teaching. In order to help them develop as spiritual leaders, one year Diploma Course in theology is started (D.Th). On three days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) bible classes are conducted. On the other days practical field training is given. After this training, those who are interested are appointed as full time missionaries or as missionary friend workers.
