Child Labors

 

“…weep with those who weep.” - Romans 12:15 

 

One of the major disasters in our society is child labor; it is the result of the poverty our country is facing. Parents send them to work because they cannot raise them beyond certain age. Children end up child labors if they became orphans. 

 

Children are exploited in houses, restaurants, and industries. Children are infected with breathing problems, skin diseases and even cancer while working in crackers or match box factories. Some die in industrial accidents. If they fail to work properly, they are tortured. Young girls are molested. 4 years old children's fingers are suited in lace industries, so they are forced to work in that field. Over time, they suffer blindness, bent backbone. They forget the happiness, games and fun during their childhood. When they grow up, they easily became fugitives. 

 

This breaks God's heart, and it should break ours too. If we pray with a broken heart for the following prayer points, Almighty God will change the situations. 

 

1. For the government to take necessary measures for the betterment of those who living under poverty line. 

 

2. To subsidize food and necessary things for the poor. 

 

3. Freebies should be received by the poor without hindrance.

 

4. Government should take measures for poor parents should get good jobs; every child should be enrolled in school, children those who discontinue should be enrolled back in school. 

 

5. Proper staying facilities for orphans. 

 

We shouldn't only pray but also we should try to prevent child labor. We shouldn't pay children to work in our home. If possible we should help them get proper education. Help them get the scholarship.
