A father's love

 

“…Arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.” - Matthew 9:6

 

Dear precious one! I want to tell you a story. There lived a young girl named Mary in a village. She didn't have a mother so her father loved her so much. She went to another state for her higher studies. She got sucked into the traps of this world. She lied to her father and asked for money. She started to cut the classes and go out, started staying out. This was brought to her father's attention. Her friends realized that there is no use of Mary anymore and left her. Now Mary realized her state and asked forgiveness to God. Then she wrote a letter to her father seeking forgiveness. Her father accepted her with great love. 

 

In the Bible Jesus also said a parable in Luke 5:12 about the parable of the prodigal son. He got his father to divide his possessions and took them to a faraway country to live a prodigal way. He spent everything and left isolated. Then he thought about his father's house where even the servants were given good food and I will go there. But his father celebrated his return by giving him nice clothes and arranging a feast for him. 

 

Dear youth! Bible says, "There is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents". This is what God tells to those precious ones who are stuck in the worldly pleasures and feeling guilty for that. He hates sin but loves the sinners. He saved us by shedding His own blood on the cross. He is capable to forgive the sins of man in earth. He is capable of forgiving and redeeming you from your sins if you truly repent and confess. So, surrender your life to God. He will redeem you.
