Reena and a lamb

 

“It is good for me that I have been afflicted, That I may learn Your statutes.” - Psalms 119:71

 

Hello children, whom or which object do you love the most? Few loves kittens or puppies. Shall we what Reena loves in this story? 

 

Reena is a good studying and God fearing child. She won't do anything without prayer. She is obedient to her parents. Her parents bought a lamb and raised it. Reena loved that lamb very much. She raised it with too much love. She reduced praying and reading Bible because of the love she had on that lamb. She even kept the lamb with her during family prayer and when she sleeps. She stopped reading the Bible and praying because of the love she had for the lamb. Her parents scolded her but she didn't listen. Days went by. Reena grew old and went to college. The lamb became a big goat. 

 

One day she came from college, throwed her bag went to her field with the goat. There were lot of goats there so her goat rushed towards them. But Reena fell down. Once this goat went there, the shepherd cast it away. This goat went home. But Reena was missing. Her parents found her lying down with broken hand unable to stand up. They carried her to the hospital, got her hands plastered and brought her back home. She started thinking lying on the bed. How close I was before this goat came along. How good was I in my studies. Now this Goat has separated me and Jesus. May be if my hand wasn't broken, I would have went a long way from Jesus. Jesus taught me a good lesson because He loves me. From now onwards, I will never love anybody else than Jesus she decided. 

 

Dear brothers and sisters! did you go far away from Jesus like this Reena? Jesus don't like this. Because Jesus loves you so much. So run back to Jesus like this Reena, If not He will punish you. OK?
