God's way of choosing 

 

"and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are" - 1 Cor. 1:28

 

In our times and in biblical times, God has chosen and used many despised people.

 

Through the humble Leyal, God's servant offspring was born. Through Anna, who had been barren for many years and was reproached, came the great prophet and judge Samuel. Jesus Christ was also born in the same generation as Rahab, Tamar and Ruth. In the New Testament, people like the Samaritan woman and Zacchaeus were considered as sinners in the society.

 

People like Joseph and David negelected by the brothers. Apo. Paul was physically weak-looking. William Carey was a shoemaker. D.L. Moody was less educated and less respected by others in speech. Acted as a wake-up call. Who can forget the sacrificial work of disabled Sarah Tucker.

 

Pastor Moses Rajasekhar who lived in our time was powerfully used by God with physical disabilities. Many of those who are still ministering among us today are physically handicapped but are still functioning as vessels used by God.

 

A man named "Nick" was born without two arms and two legs. When he was 13, Nick read a story about a disabled man. When he read that the crippled man played golf using his neck and wrist, Nick was struck with hope.

 

Nick, who hated Jesus, decided to proclaim Jesus. His motivation speech brings many people to Christ. He has visited more than 60 countries and has led lakhs of people to know the Lord. He is married and has children and is a star of hope for many disabled people in the world.

 

Beloved, who are reading this, are you worried about your weakness and incapacity? Wondering what I can do? Say “Lord, do whatever you please with me. Devote me as I confess.” He will use you in the revival.
